**The Role**
As a Customer Experience Advocate at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers across various channels, including live chat, email, phone, and screen shares. Your primary objective will be to empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in monday.com, while also collaborating with internal technical teams to resolve issues and improve our product.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage with customers across multiple channels, providing timely and effective support to ensure their success with monday.com
* Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve customer issues, from reporting to verifying bug fixes
* Serve as the liaison between customers and the rest of the blithequark team, advocating for customer needs and helping shape the best possible version of our product
* Lead online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our platform and developer toolkit
* Create both internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge base and improve customer support
* Advise customers about new features and functionalities, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest developments in monday.com
**Requirements:**
* Experience providing customer or technical support, with a strong background in SAAS (Software as a Service) environments
* Understanding of help desk software and remote support tools, with experience with Zendesk being a plus
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Superb written and verbal communication skills, with a positive attitude, empathy, and a collaborative mindset
* Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing circumstances, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company

**Compensation and Benefits:**
* For Colorado-based hires only: Compensation Range: $48,000-$62,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies.
