**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services
* Managing incoming and outgoing calls to ensure seamless communication
* Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Providing technical assistance to customers while browsing pharmacy.blithequark.com
* Serving customers in a timely manner to maximize relationships and build long-term connections
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
**Essential Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
* Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills
* A high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or fiber-optic with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
* The ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks) with two weeks' notice
* Ability to work in a private environment free of distractions and give full attention to customers during work hours
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:
* More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email
* Communication skills (spoken and written)
* Experience working in a customer service or call center
* Work experience in the medical field
