**Job Description**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative on our Blended Support Team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients. You will work from the comfort of your own home, utilizing our state-of-the-art technology to interact with customers and resolve their issues efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Gathering and verifying customer information, documenting interactions in our CRM system (Frontline Connection)
* Cross-training to support multiple clients and adapting to new products and services
* Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and best practices
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and expertise
**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* **Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* **High Call Volume Environment**: Experience working in a high-volume call center or environment with a strong focus on efficiency and productivity
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
* **Conflict Resolution**: Ability to de-escalate conflicts and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
* **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* **Technical Abilities**: Ability to navigate multiple systems, install/uninstall programs, and troubleshoot equipment
* **Availability**: Must be available to train on weekdays and have open availability 24/7 to work shifts

**Job Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
* **Training Availability**: Must be available to train on weekdays, with training taking place during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
* **Availability**: Must have open availability 24/7 to work shifts, with a strong focus on attendance and punctuality
* **Quiet Workspace**: Must have a quiet workspace at home with a locked door, free from distractions and background noise
**Tech Requirements**
To ensure success in this role, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
* **Desktop Computer**: A desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks)
* **Processor**: Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation) or AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation)
* **RAM**: 8GB RAM (minimum) or 16GB RAM (preferred)
* **Dual Monitor**: A dual monitor setup to enhance productivity and efficiency
* **Headset**: A high-quality USB headset for clear and effective communication
* **Internet Connection**: A hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload, and a ping stability of less than 20ms

**Compensation and Benefits**
