**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet our high standards of quality and professionalism
* Providing in-depth information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and how they can benefit from them
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience from inquiry to conversion
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our clients' sales and marketing strategies
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations in the automotive industry
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills that enable you to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
* The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
* A minimum of 16+ hours per week availability, with flexibility to work 4-hour time blocks daily
* Ability to attend 5 weeks of training Monday - Friday from 4PM – 8PM
* Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred

* Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
