**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Provider Services team on a seasonal basis. As a Provider Services Representative, you'll coordinate and collect medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. This is a full-time, seasonal position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication
* Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data for outreach and problem resolution
* Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Provide problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email)
* Work on projects of limited scope and complexity, generally following set procedures and working under supervision
**Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills**
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals in a dynamic environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Detail-oriented with effective listening and critical thinking skills
* Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
