margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.</span></li><li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Strong technical background in instrumentation, electrical systems, and PLC operations.</span></li><li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and maintenance management systems.</span></li><li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Familiarity with steam and power generation operations and motor maintenance.</span></li><li style="margin-top: 0in;
