Senior Manager, Program Management – Finance

<p>The Senior Manager of Program Management, Finance will lead and manage the portfolio of Finance projects, including supporting product and technology initiatives, goals management and process and innovation improvements. This role focuses on driving strategic financial initiatives that align with the organization\'s goals and objectives. The Senior Manager of Program Management will be a proactive member of the Finance team with a strong background and proven track record of working collaboratively and managing multiple projects of varying scope, complexity, and life cycle. Additionally, this role involves managing complex projects, enhancing financial processes, and providing strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Manager of Program Management will also supervise and mentor one direct report, fostering their professional growth and ensuring consistent project support.</p><p>This is a hybrid role working from our NYC office 3 days per week.
