Family-Centered BCBA (Full-Time, Remote – No RBT Supervision)
This is not your typical BCBA job.
No clinic walls. No training or supervision of RBTs you've never met.
Instead: fully remote, family-led care where your expertise matters and your time is respected.
What You Won’t Do at Luna:
• Supervise RBTs
• Waste hours commuting or stuck in a clinic
• Chase authorizations or talk to insurance reps
• Handle admin busywork or scheduling
At Luna, we hire only BCBAs to deliver therapy and design care. We believe families deserve your full attention.
What You Will Do:
As a full-time clinician at Luna Family Autism, you'll provide high-impact, remote autism therapy focused on caregivers and outcomes, not hours for hours' sake.
You’ll:
• Deliver ABA through family guidance and direct client telehealth with a flexible, collaborative approach
• Use your clinical skills to lead care rather than supervise others doing it
• Write functional, personalized treatment plans based on your own assessments
• Join a like-minded team that values ethics, transparency, and creativity
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary professionals such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, or LMFTs when helpful
• Participate in weekly peer consults to stay connected and supported
• Be backed by admin help and leadership that understands what BCBAs need
Pay and Benefits (Full-Time Only):
• $78,000–$85,000 per year, hourly structure based on guaranteed hours
• Health insurance (employer-supported)
• 2 weeks PTO
• 6 paid holidays
• Paid admin time
• Fully remote within Colorado
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends if desired
Expected Start Date:
• December 2025 through February 2026
Requirements:
• Active BCBA certification
• Must reside in Colorado
• Colorado LBA
• At least 2 years of BCBA experience, ideally with a focus on caregiver training and ASD
• Strong writing and planning skills
• Comfortable working independently with families
• Tech-savvy or open to learning telehealth platforms
Preferred:
• Bilingual
• Evening or weekend availability
• Prior telehealth experience (not required)
Why Luna?
