About the Role & Team

Our in-house Trading Desk team is responsible for managing paid and organic social media campaigns across multiple ad manager platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and Sprinklr. As a Social Media Manager II, you will report to the Manager, Social Media Strategy & Activation and will be responsible for leading our paid social media strategy and activation for our e-commerce business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve campaign efficiency, and innovate our social media marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead paid social e-commerce strategy for blithequark's direct-to-consumer retail business and drive innovation to achieve traffic and revenue goals
  • Provide strategic input and guidance to achieve client goals and objectives
  • Implement, manage, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns to achieve business goals
  • Ensure proper campaign setup to track performance in Adobe SiteCatalyst and paid social buying platforms
  • Create strategy proposals for new campaigns or account structures based on objectives provided by strategy partners
  • Partner with teams to identify and design tools to improve efficiency and workflow
  • Present campaign performance and insights to key team members and provide actionable findings and recommendations for future campaigns
  • Identify and implement new testing opportunities to evolve business-as-usual campaigns and promote innovation

Required Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 to 7+ years of digital marketing experience with e-commerce experience and extensive experience with social media advertising platforms and related tools
  • Understanding of online/offline data and its use in the digital and social space
  • Strong grasp of analytics, measurement, and proper test structures to help coach the team on advanced analysis and testing
  • Familiarity with work management platforms such as Workfront, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.
  • Comfort with a high level of autonomy and ability to distill technical details into simple terms that motivate action
  • A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, Social Media, Analytics, or Statistics is a plus
