Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. You should also have strong computer skills, including experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or other applications. Additionally, you must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, Illinois, and be available to work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST.

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• 6+ months of high call center experience, working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
• Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, Illinois
• Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not required, we prefer candidates with six months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone, as well as those with healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions. Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is between $17.02 and $27.16 per hour, depending on experience and location. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
