About the Role
As a CSR at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a typical call center job; instead, you will be part of an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and assists customers in troubleshooting. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive world-class support, and you will be empowered to make decisions, problem-solve, and uphold the highest ethical standards.

Essential Functions
To succeed in this role, you will be required to:
- Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
 - Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and demonstrating self-motivation
 - Maintain regular and timely attendance
 - Make decisions, problem-solve, and adhere to the highest ethical standards
 - Manage individual stress and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
 - Perform other duties as assigned
 
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess:
- A High School Diploma
 - A designated space and internet capability to work from home
 - The ability to pass a background check
 - Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
 - At least 2 years of customer service experience
