Job Overview

In this short-term contract position, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the app stores, gauging the impact of App Store Optimization. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include classifying information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems, as well as retaining detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress. You will also perform searches on websites for information, audit reports and sheets of data, and verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data, and your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gauge the impact of App Store Optimization for some of the biggest brands in the app stores
  • Classify information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
  • Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
  • Perform searches on websites for information
  • Audit reports and sheets of data
  • Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources
  • Look over finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
  • Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems. You should also have strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Slack, as well as experience with Google Meet. Expertise in computer research and comprehensive knowledge of data entry are also essential. Additionally, you should have the ability to multitask effectively, excellent typing accuracy, and sound written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a temporary Data Entry Clerk with blithequark, you will be eligible for a competitive hourly rate of $16.15 - $18.70 per hour.
