Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our End-to-End (E2E) Delivery team, where you will play a critical role in driving data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis, create dashboards, and develop insights to inform business decisions on capacity, cost, fulfillment, and transportation, with the goal of making blithequark's delivery platform one of the fastest and most reliable in the country.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data from various sources, supporting investigations of key drivers and business initiatives.
  • Apply SQL and data visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your analyses, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Lead exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical testing, to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.
  • Automate tasks and develop processes that monitor, analyze, and inform key stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the retail or logistics industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
