Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily and providing them with fast and friendly service. You will be responsible for greeting customers, operating the register, making purchase suggestions, and working with our food program. You will also be expected to maintain our high standards for store appearance and work collaboratively with your team to accomplish daily tasks.

Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate effectively with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform at a quick pace

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and have fun
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail and customer service experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- Ability to come up with great ideas to solve problems and think quickly
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead and push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this role include:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, which requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
