**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed as a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee, with a stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
* High school diploma or equivalent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong product knowledge and the ability to recognize, apply, and explain product features and benefits.
* Computer experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
* High-speed internet connection (> 40mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop.
