**Responsibilities**

* Documenting each customer contact in eAgent, our cutting-edge customer relationship management system
* Taking premium payments from customers and verifying their contact information
* Maintaining knowledge of new products and staying up-to-date on industry developments
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
