**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers
* Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
* Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
* Maintaining performance goals and becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
* Working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
* Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate multiple computer screens and applications
* Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency and ability to perform successfully in a team environment
* Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
* Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Dedicated work from home space and ability to manage time and tasks independently
* Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 megabytes per second
* Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (no satellite internet, Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port)

**Pay Range**
The pay range for this role is $15.25-$21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher. All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
