As a member of our LXD team, you will play a critical role in designing and developing learning programs that impact all new hires and tenured investigators within the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical.
**The Role**
As an Experienced Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning programs that drive business growth and employee development. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify knowledge gaps and develop technical and non-technical training content. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating engaging e-learning experiences that improve on-the-job performance and drive continuous performance improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Developer of Learning Experiences**
	+ Create engaging e-learning experiences using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools
	+ Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementations cycles
	+ Mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes
	+ Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem
	+ Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials
* **Consultant on Programs**
	+ Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently
	+ Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience
	+ Conduct analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics
	+ Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams; Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training content
**About the Team**
We are the WW Customer Trust Training Learning Experience Design (LXD) team at blithequark. We are a team comprising LXDs, Project/Program Managers, and Managers who share a passion for creating great learning experiences for associates and investigators. Our primary responsibility is to create learning experiences that support new hire, upskill, and other trainings (e.g., Store launches, SOP changes, tool training) that provide our associates and investigators with the resources they need to excel in their roles.

**Basic Qualifications**
* 5+ years of program or project management experience
* 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
* 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
* 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
* 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
* 3+ years of change management experience
