Bilingual Remote Customer Service - (Multiple languages) (Must have your Own Equipment)
                                MMC is hiring Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to process Medicaid accounts.
Position Details:
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm EST
• Training: First 3 weeks
• Nesting: Following 4 weeks
• Attendance: Perfect attendance required during training and nesting periods.
Equipment Requirements:
• Computer: Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 processor or higher, 8GB RAM, and at least 256GB hard drive.
• No Celeron or Pentium processors.
• MacBooks, Chromebooks, iPads, and tablets are not compatible.
• Operating System: Windows 10 or 11
• Internet: Wired connection with minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• Headset: Wired headset with microphone, USB connection preferred.
• Camera: Required for training sessions.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of recent call center experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Provide information and assistance for Medicaid Health Connection users.
• Assist with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans.
• Utilize state systems to deliver high-quality service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
