We are now hiring for production, shipping and sanitation associates working on all shifts in our Denver, CO Bakery. Compensation and Benefits: HOURLY PAY RATE is $21.84-23.92What to Expect:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist packer operatorWorks on production line helping make product.Packing of productInspection of productTray stackingRotating duties assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:At least 18 years of ageAble to pass all pre-employment screensAbility to speak, read, write English COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS:Ability to communicate and work well with personnel at all levels within the organization.PHYSICAL NEEDS:Able to stand for long periods while working with and around machinery.Able to work in various temperatures, from refrigerated areas to extremely warm temperatures.Able to stoop, bend and crouch on a regular basis to check equipment or supplies in low- lying areas.Able to lift 60 pounds once an hour and 10 to 50 pounds repeatedly.Able to raise arms overhead repeatedly while lifting 30 pounds.Must pass pre-employment and random drug screening and background check.Forklift experience is preferred.Chemical Experience preferredWillingness to work weekendsAll new associates are evaluated and must successfully complete the 60-days probationary period. This includes being dependable with excellent attendance, perform all jobs safely and be an engaged associate willing to learn.Physical Requirements:Incumbents must be able to lifti/carry at least 50lbs, stand for an entire shift (8 or more hours), bending, stooping, squatting and climbing stairs/ladders.
