Our Product Team is responsible for building technology that supports our growing business, delivering business outcomes through easy-to-use, maintainable, and reliable products.
Key Responsibilities: Leading Product Ops to Success
• Lead the Product Ops Function: Set the strategic direction for Roundel's Product Ops across all teams, overseeing operational efficiency and ensuring strategic alignment with broader objectives.
• Drive Business Outcomes: Achieve business outcomes and metrics, managing the product's budget and financials, and setting short- and long-term product goals, including quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Build and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Coach and mentor a strong team, fostering a culture of progress, transparency, and efficiency across Product teams.
• Collaborate and Influence: Work with senior leadership and peers across pyramids to negotiate and remove execution-related barriers for your teams, providing insightful, motivating, and constructive feedback.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Possess an understanding of retail, AdTech, or similar areas, relevant technologies, and design principles to drive innovative and scalable solutions across multiple areas within Roundel.
About You: The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a seasoned product management professional with a strong background in AdTech products and technology. If you have:
• A four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience
• A proven track record in technology, bridging communication between business and tech teams
• Strong communication skills, influencing strategic decisions and collaborating effectively across functions
• Expertise in agile environments, with a proactive approach to planning, setting OKRs, and achieving measurable business outcomes
• The ability to lead and influence a team while fostering relationships across multiple enterprise-wide teams

Work Environment: Flexibility and Collaboration
This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (Flex for Your Day) work arrangement based on Target's needs. As a Remote team member, you'll work full-time from home or an alternate location, with opportunities to travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. As a Hybrid team member, your core role may be performed either remotely or onsite at a Target location, depending on your role, team, and tasks.
