About the Role: Remote Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities
- Process payments on behalf of clients and provide all necessary documents before and after travel
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and policies
- Work collaboratively in a group/team setting, contributing to the success of our team and the growth of our business
- Complete required certification within a timely manner and participate in ongoing training with our company and travel partners
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States
- Must have a smartphone and/or a computer with reliable internet access
- Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients' interests and preferences
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
