As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our Help Desk team, working closely with our technicians to provide exceptional customer service and support. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: * Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat * Opening and submitting customer requests into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review * Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating with customers as needed * Providing timely and accurate updates to customers via email or phone * Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions and ticket resolutions * Collaborating with the Help Desk team to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred * Previous experience in I.T.
