With a strong focus on safety, quality, and sustainability, we strive to make every journey a memorable one. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, you will be responsible for: * Greeting customers, guiding them through the check-in and baggage drop-off process, and assisting with ticketing and boarding procedures * Ensuring seamless travel experiences by owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability * Making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary documentation for their journey * Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds) * Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors * Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport * Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight, and flexible hours (20-40 hours per week) based on seniority **Benefits and Perks** At blithequark, we believe in sharing success with our employees.
