**Responsibilities**
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for managing customer projects within the manufacturing maintenance sector. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting customers in all matters related to the usage of blithequark's services, such as CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) projects as well as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) initiatives;
* Guaranteeing optimal customer satisfaction and ROI by managing both internal and external resources;
* Driving customer accounts growth by delivering successful ROI and relationship building;
* Successfully implementing new projects by visiting customers during kick-off periods, as well as providing training to all stakeholders of the projects;
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer projects;
* Analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
* Developing and implementing strategies to drive customer adoption and retention;
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A business-driven mindset and customer-facing experience;
* More than 5 years of experience within manufacturing environments, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence within the industry;
* Experience in management of projects and small teams;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement;
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field;
* Ability to deliver under tight schedules and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time in North America;
* Valid driver's license with a good standing record.
**Bonus Points**
While not required, experience in the following areas will be highly valued:
* Maintenance specific experience with usage of CBM and CMMS tools;
* Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
