**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our Hughes Enterprise Maintenance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring and closing out orders, verifying details, and providing exceptional support to customers. You'll also have the opportunity to cross-train in logistics and system support, expanding your skill set and contributing to the success of our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Monitor and close out Hughes Enterprise Maintenance orders, verifying details and ensuring accuracy
* Assist technicians with order closeouts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
* Handle internal escalations, ensuring orders are accepted and rolled on in a timely manner
* Update information through data entry, maintaining accurate records and reports
* Run reports and update trackers as needed, providing valuable insights to the team
* Assist with logistics and system-related issues, providing creative solutions and support
* Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from internal and external customers, delivering exceptional customer experiences

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a related field
* Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Follow-through and the ability to multi-task, meeting deadlines and delivering results
* Ability to work independently, with a willingness to research and suggest creative solutions
* Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
* Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to work under pressure, responding with urgency and professionalism
**Schedule**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll work a 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am, with opportunities for flexible hours and overtime as needed. You'll also participate in in-person training at our office located in Green Bay, WI, Monday through Friday, during the day shift.
**Salary and Benefits**
You'll enjoy a competitive salary of $15.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential, for a total of $17.00 per hour. You'll also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with Company Match.
