Our mission is to inspire enthusiasts and connect them with their passions, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve this vision. **Join Our Team** We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our Roadrunner Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in building a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of powersports loans. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong customer service attitude, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Engagement Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Handling an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. * Processing phone payments and conducting outbound customer interview calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Communicating and resolving customer issues via online chat channels, providing clear and concise solutions to customer concerns. * Resolving common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, including payment issues, loan terms, and other related matters. * Meeting monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring that customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics are consistently met or exceeded. * Complying with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or GED, with some college coursework a plus. * A minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. * Collection experience is a plus, but not required. * Working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems of record (LoanPro) – training provided. * Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively through phone and online chat channels. * Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required. * Excellent "people" skills, with a strong customer service attitude and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Robust health care plans (medical, dental, and vision) * Up to 20 days PTO (accrued) * Generous parental leave * Retirement plan (401k with company match) * Educational assistance/tuition reimbursement up to $3K/year * Powersports safety benefit * Gympass wellness benefit **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're passionate about creating a workplace culture that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
