You'll be responsible for promoting and selling air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders, providing assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, and interpreting authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments. You'll also be responsible for meeting and dispatching planes within set-up times, providing assistance to troubled passengers and customers, protecting business assets and revenue, and ensuring a safe and secure journey for all. **What You'll Do** * Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders * Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance * Interpret authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments * Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times * Provide assistance to troubled passengers and customers * Protect business assets and revenue * Ensure a safe and secure journey for all * Possess the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties * Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe * Be self-motivated and require minimum supervision * Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations * Follow internal and external regulations and procedures * May be required to drive and perform air stairs to various types of planes to enplane and deplane passengers * Responsible for the overall performance in the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees * May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Tower capabilities **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience + High school degree or GED + Read, write, fluently speak, and recognize the English language + Bilingual language skills are required in some locations + Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain and maintain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable + Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays + Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis **What You'll Get** At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
