As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via the live chat system
- Providing accurate information about blithequark services and policies
- Assisting customers in resolving issues and navigating the blithequark website
- Documenting and logging all customer interactions for tracking and reporting purposes
- Escalating complex issues to higher support levels as necessary
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Participating in training sessions and staying updated on new services, policies, and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work under 4 hours per day, with flexible scheduling
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and a stable work environment
Preferred Qualifications
