**Part-Time Customer Service and IT Support Representative – Remote Evening & Weekend Shift**

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service and IT Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
* Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
**Schedule**
We're looking for someone who is available to work evenings and weekends, with the following schedule:
* Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
* Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their problems.
* Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* The ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision.
* A reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer at home.
* A quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions, where you can focus on providing exceptional customer service.
**Previous experience in customer service or IT support is a plus, but not required.** We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
