You will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our healthcare professionals. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for career growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize blithequark's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into our system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing. * Investigate and retrieve missing prescription data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Resolve all information entry-related issues and escalate to senior-level staff as necessary. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients based on the situation. * Settle external exceptions by reviewing, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual account requirements. * Make phone calls to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve external exceptions. * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary. * Acquire a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days and maintain a valid pharmacist license or certification. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online. * Basic web search skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms. * Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports). * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. * 18 years or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least one year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or call center environment. * At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacist with a license or certification by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction. * Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **Why Join blithequark?** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35. * Opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and innovative organization. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid time off and holidays. * Flexible work schedule and remote work options. * Collaborative and supportive work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and continuing education. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
