**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide clerical support to the Human Resources department. This part-time role will involve ensuring compliance, optimizing file accessibility, and streamlining our documentation systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proven track record of file organization and compliance, and experience working with SharePoint.
**Responsibilities**
As an HR Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Organizing and auditing employee files to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards
* Uploading and managing employee documents on ADP's Document Cloud from our SharePoint site
* Developing and implementing efficient processes for file management and retrieval
* Reorganizing HR administrative electronic folders and establishing a consistent naming convention for easy file access
* Collaborating with HR staff to identify and address any discrepancies or gaps in documentation
* Communicating progress and updates to the HR team regularly
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a focus on file organization and compliance
* Familiarity with SharePoint is essential
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Exceptionally detail-oriented yet fast-paced
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Good communication skills to liaise effectively with HR team members
* Creative problem-solving skills with a fast-learning ability and adaptability to new systems
* Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is preferred
* Ability to work independently with little supervision or guidance while managing multiple tasks
* Proven clerical or administrative skills
* Proficient and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software
* Knowledge of rules, standards, and online security regarding file organization and maintenance
