**Job Summary**
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our existing policyholders, third parties, and agents. You will work closely with customers to resolve their insurance-related questions, inquiries, and concerns, and will utilize every touch point as an opportunity to build value and the blithequark brand. This is a remote position, and you will be required to work from home with a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to existing policyholders, third parties, and agents via phone, email, and other communication channels
* Utilize digital self-service capabilities to promote customer self-sufficiency and reduce call volumes
* Take ownership of customer interactions to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded
* Develop a deep understanding of blithequark's insurance products and processes to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
* Participate in ongoing coaching and development to enhance your skills and knowledge and support your career growth
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service and sales
**Qualifications**
* A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs and systems
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
* Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Spanish bilingual a plus

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Base pay of $40,685 - $61,027 per year
