**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to customers in the Electricity industry. Your primary duties will include:
* Fielding incoming customer service calls, taking ownership of resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate manner
* Researching account status and identifying potential issues
* Addressing billing inquiries and resolving billing disputes
* Processing disconnection and re-connection requests
* Enrolling customers and resolving enrollment issues
* Initiating collection activity on past due accounts and processing disconnection and re-connection requests
* Serving as a customer advocate while adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies associated with the role
**Essential Qualifications**

* **Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required**: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for communicating effectively with our diverse customer base.
