About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily and providing fast and friendly service. Your key responsibilities will include greeting customers, operating the register, making purchase suggestions, and working with our food program. You will also be responsible for maintaining our high standards for store appearance, which may involve working in various areas of the store, both inside and out. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and retail and customer service experience is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. You should also be able to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, bend at the waist with some twisting, and grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands.
