About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to customers navigating the Department of Education's Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Your primary responsibilities will include participating in outbound call campaigns, answering incoming customer calls, and responding to customer questions in a professional and positive manner. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
