Job Overview

In this full-time remote role, you will be part of our dedicated customer service team, supporting our members with their drug plans, health insurance, and prescription-related queries. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate solutions to our members' concerns, ensuring that they receive the best possible care and support. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing clear and concise information about their health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently
  • Provide education and support to customers on their health plans, benefits, and services, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including healthcare professionals and claims specialists, to ensure that customers receive comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and quality standards, to contribute to the success of our team

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military setting
  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as healthcare, customer service, or communications
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication, professionalism, and ability to build trust and confidence with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability, adaptability, and flexibility, with ability to work in a remote setting and meet performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, including knowledge of health insurance, pharmacy benefits, and medical terminology
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
  • Certifications or training in customer service, healthcare, or related fields, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA)
