Job Overview
The Director of Risk Management and Business Process Improvement will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management solutions and business process improvements that drive strategic growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement risk management solutions and business process improvements that drive strategic growth and profitability
- Analyze complex data sets, including structured and unstructured data, to identify trends and patterns and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology and business stakeholders, to design and implement risk management approaches and business processes
- Identify and evaluate new data sources, including internal and external data, to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and external partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management and business process improvement, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence
Essential Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, including MS Excel, Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, and Unix
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field, such as a Master's or Ph.D.
- Professional certifications, such as FRM, CFA, or CFP
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and data platforms
