Marketing & Graphic Designer Assistant
Location: Corporate Office (Staten Island, NY) & Baya Bar Locations
Hours: Part-Time (3 Days a Week)

Baya Bar is a fast-growing acai bowl and smoothie shop with 29 locations, offering fresh, vibrant products. We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Graphic Designer Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a dynamic environment, has a passion for design, social media, and marketing, and enjoys being part of a fun, innovative brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with designing and organizing engaging social media posts
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, promotional items, and digital content
• Visit Baya Bar locations to help film content videos and capture in-store experiences
• Manage paperwork related to marketing campaigns and content projects
• Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to brainstorm ideas and execute marketing strategies
• Stay updated on design trends and social media best practices to keep our content fresh and innovative
Requirements:
• Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Creativity and a keen eye for design
• Interest in the health food industry is a plus
Work Schedule:
• 3 days a week, based in the corporate office or visiting various Baya Bar locations as needed
