Key Responsibilities
As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing timely information, and offering solutions to issues or concerns. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive outreach, and follow-up activities. Conduct client presentations and demonstrations of products and services, showcasing the value and benefits of partnering with Disney.
• Issue Resolution: Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively; escalate complex problems to management as needed. Monitor, analyze, and report on client feedback to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Collaboration and Relationship Building: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery that meets client expectations. Work in partnership with colleagues to share best practices and develop strategies for enhanced client engagement and satisfaction.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on client activity, summarizing trends, issues, and performance metrics to share with management.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and Disney's service offerings to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients. Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
Educational Background
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in client services, customer support, or a related field is required. You should have a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Technical Skills
You should be proficient in:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
