Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at the blithequark distribution center in Carlisle, PA. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely input of time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting time and production data for all distribution center associates into the Blue Chip computer system, including summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors.
  • Translating DCIS data and calculating performances for each associate covered by the program.
  • Calculating individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to perform against individual production standards.
  • Generating and distributing production and incentive dollar reporting to distribution center management and payroll.
  • Analyzing system output and troubleshooting erroneous data.
  • Filing paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotating files periodically for storage.
  • Completing other projects as assigned.

Essential Functions and Time Allocation

The essential functions of this role will require the following time allocation:

  • Inputting time and production data: 65%
  • Generating and distributing production and incentive dollar reporting: 15%
  • Analyzing system output and troubleshooting erroneous data: 10%
  • Filing paperwork: 5%
  • Other projects: 5%

  • Good math skills, with the ability to perform calculations and analyze data.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs, with the ability to perform physical tasks as required.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
