A Day in the Life of a Lead Pharmacy Technician
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician at blithequark, your day will be filled with a variety of challenging and rewarding tasks. You will lead and support our front-end pharmacy technician team, assisting with data entry, customer service, and processing support tasks when the pharmacy is busy. You will also collaborate with senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot workflow issues, and partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
- Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions
- Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
- Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Working closely with our team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
- Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician, or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
