Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk, although not required, is highly preferred.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
  • A level of comfort with word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
  • Good command of English, both oral and written, and excellent customer service skills.
