Job Overview

We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients across the United States. Key Responsibilities

  • Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery.
  • Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system.
  • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery.
  • Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills of 30 wpm (including 10 key).
  • The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution.
  • A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM.
  • To successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
