Key Responsibilities

  • Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our client, adhering to high-quality standards and contributing to the quality control process.
  • Perform credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications, utilizing online databases to cross-check details and ensure data integrity.
  • Verify information provided to our client by third-party entities, using online databases to cross-check details and ensure data accuracy.
  • Perform additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role, although not essential, is highly desirable.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off, and a willingness to support a work-from-home setup.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent command of the English language and great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, to ensure seamless connectivity and productivity.
