Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Open availability, as this is a seasonal position that may require working a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and internet connection
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously

- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues

- A reliable internet connection, with the following specifications:
- DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable)
- Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher
- A high-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
