About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative to support our call center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone. You will be expected to handle high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities
- Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
- Handle high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently

- Utilize strong computer skills and ability to learn new software to perform job duties
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a personal computer with a working camera and internet connection, as we are currently working remotely during the Covid-19 Pandemic. You will also need to have the ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to learn new software. Additionally, you must be able to keep sensitive information confidential and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with proven success in a previous customer service/call center position. You should be able to work remotely in emergency situations and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Multi-language capability is not required, but it is a plus.
