Key Responsibilities

  • Support policyholders with insurance product information, providing clear and concise explanations of our products and services.
  • Assist customers via inbound and outbound calls, including those wishing to cancel their insurance coverage, reviewing products, benefits, and resolving service or claims issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Match products with client needs, using your knowledge of our products and services to provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Help collect current and past-due premiums, ensuring that our customers are aware of their payment options and deadlines.
  • Provide detailed information about policy statuses, keeping our customers informed and up-to-date on their account activity.
  • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting for website or app-related issues, ensuring that our customers can easily access and manage their accounts online.
  • Consistently meet or exceed departmental standards, including quality, average handle time, auxiliary time, after-call work, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Exhibit and practice blithequark's common purposes and shared traits, supporting process improvements and providing feedback to leadership to drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Work Schedule and Environment

As a Customer Service Representative for Loyalty Services at blithequark, you will work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. You will be required to work various shifts within the 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EDT timeframe, Monday through Friday. Our office environment is dynamic and collaborative, with a focus on teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect. Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as a customer service representative, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer loyalty.

  • Previous experience with retention efforts to retain customers, with a proven track record of success in this area.
  • Previous phone sales experience, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • High school diploma required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
