Key Responsibilities
In this critical role, you will serve as a connection point between our Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science teams, leveraging your expertise to drive retention communication strategies across multiple channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing audience-specific messaging and communication strategies across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS to drive device, subscription, and user retention.
 - Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to understand product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention.
 - Leveraging data and customer insights to identify opportunities and act as the voice of the customer to propose communications that improve the blithequark customer experience.
 - Testing, tracking, and measuring the impact of retention initiatives on key metrics like device health, subscription renewals, and user engagement.
 - Communicating campaign performance and recommendations to leadership to inform future retention strategies.
 - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer retention to continuously improve blithequark's approach.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
 - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
 - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
 - Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
 - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
 - Experience as a product manager or owner.
 - Experience owning technology products.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
Our compensation package is competitive and reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. blithequark is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
