**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries and maintain performance goals. **Responsibilities**
* Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers
* Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
* Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
* Maintain performance goals and become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
* Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
* Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Remote work experience and ability to work from home
* Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
* Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (no satellite internet or Wi-Fi connections)
* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second

**Pay Range**
* $15.25-$21.00 per hour or State/Local minimum wage, if higher
**Benefits**

**Shift and Schedule**
The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST) which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and 8am-5 pm (PST).
